Free Dainty Bundle is not being added to my account on my Candy Crush Saga account...

I have not received my free Dainty Bundle the last 2 months. However, it shows I have on my Google Play Pass account which seems to prove the issue is with my Candy Crush account. I've completed the recommended steps per your FAQ section…which was waiting 24 hours and logging off my account. Please help! Thanks so much.
