After clearing the frosting and candies on the left side, the dragons will drop through the portal and end up in the bottom right part of the board.
Making matches underneath the dragons will get them onto the conveyor belt that will take them to the top right section, where their exits are.
Once the dragons are there, make matches to drop them down from the conveyor belt. Fish will help you. Missing the chance to do it will result in them going around and ending up in the bottom section again.
