Personalized Ads Option Not Showing on My Device

I’m facing an issue with the Candy Crush Saga app on my OnePlus 12R device.
In the “Privacy and Security” section of the game, the option “Personalized Ads / Do not sell or share my personal information” is missing.

The strange thing is that I have another OnePlus 12R device with the same app version and same Google account settings, and on that phone the option appears normally.

I’ve already tried reinstalling the game, resetting the advertising ID, and ensuring personalized ads are enabled in my Google account — but the option still doesn’t show on this phone.

Please help me enable this feature because I want to receive ads and restore the missing personalized ads option.

Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game, therefore not designed to be available everywhere at the same time.

There's a really simple reason for that: to help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio needs to thoroughly check how everything is working during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.

At this moment, it seems that this feature is not available on one of your devices, but it's great to know your appreciation for this feature though, and I will pass your feedback on to our Designers back at the Studio. In the meantime, be sure to keep your app updated, and you’ll have loads of adventures ahead!

On the device where the “Personalized Ads / Do not sell or share my personal information” option is missing, no ads are available — I don’t get any ads at all.

On the other device where the option appears, ads are showing normally.

Both devices are the same model (OnePlus 12R) and have the same game version and account settings.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
