I can't use my gold bars

Sorry to hear you can’t use your gold bars. If you’re seeing gold bars in your balance but can’t spend them, try the following:

Make sure you’re logged into the same account (King or Facebook) where you earned them.
Close and reopen the game.
Check that your internet connection is stable.

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → open any article → scroll down and tap Chat With Us.
