Why don't I get the promised extra draws after watching the lego add No matter how long or which X I click at the end. This is annoying because I only used my booste knowing with the extra draw I will b able to Finnish the level

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
