I am on level 14525. These alien levels are impossible and are taking days to pass. Super frustrating and seems like a major issue with the design of these levels. Please fix this!
The event finishes soon. Can't wait. I'm not playing until it's gone, you could do the same.

If you are playing the game on a mobile device, can you please make sure that you have updated the game App to the latest version? The issue with Alien levels was supposed to be fixed last week or so! So, updating the App might help you!
If you are still experiencing the issue, can you please post a screenshot of your current level game board (that can show the issue)?

alien levels are pure luck, there's really nothing you can do without spending gold unless you get a jackpot and win.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
