How do I update this version?
Update to 1.3132.1.0 as it resolves the issue
This is the screenshot I just took. Have been trying since yesterday, but always get stuck here. My Windows version is Windows 10, 10.0.19045 Build 19045. Candy Crush Saga version is 1.3131.1.0 I believe the Candy Crush version is the culprit, from what I gather from other posts.

I have the same issue. Are unable to fix. Very frustrated
Are you playing on Windows using the app? Perhaps go here as version 1.313 has a bug that makes you unable to play a level under Windows. Don't erase app data and reconnect with your account as you'll be in a state where you will see the app crashing upon selecting a level pin. In the meanwhile, you can play on Mobile if you want to use the latest version I mentioned as it doesn't happen there.
Meanwhile I will be frozen at version 1.312 on my Windows machine until the issue fades away.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
