Aaarrggghh

I recently changed from Android to iPhone and since then every time I play a level and use my boosters it keeps freezing then restarting the level I have lost so many boosters it’s driving me mad

Since the issue started after moving from Android to iPhone, it might be linked to the installation or how the app syncs with your account. Here are a few things to try:

Make sure the game is updated to the latest version in the App Store.
If the game keeps freezing, try clearing background apps and restarting your phone before opening Candy Crush.
If it still persists, you might want to try reinstalling the game app as that usually solves most technical issues.

If it still happens, please reach out to Player Support directly through your game so they can help restore any lost boosters:

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → open any article → scroll down and tap Chat With Us.

The Support team can look into your account and help get this sorted.
