why are my boosters locked have just been given timed boosters but can’t use them

level 6167 will not open. Stuck on Loading.
Boosters are locked for some levels either because they would cause the level to glitch ( they would take the place of the candies you need to pass) or because using them would ( in King's view) make the level too easy. They will be unlocked again in levels later on. But unfortunately this can be very annoying when you have timed boosters!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
