Are you playing the game on Windows10 App? If so, King team released another version towards you as there was an issue in yesterday’s release! Please update your App and you should be back to playing!
** If your system shows an earlier version (like 1.313 or 1.313.1.1), you will have to update the new version.

Unfortunately, following a glitch, 114 gold bars disappeared in order for some help to be bought but I didn't initiate that action. What is more, neither the help nor the gold are available for me now. What should I do?

I'm not seeing any ads while playing games on my account.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
