If you are still waiting for your purchased items, I would suggest you to send a complaint directly from your game App! If you are not aware how to, you can follow below steps👇

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Settings icon);
In the "Settings" window, select "Account & Help" and click on it;
Click on the first option "Help Center";
Under Popular Topics, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
Select the 3rd option "I didn't receive my Android purchase" and click on it;
Follow the detailed steps & information provided there!

Hope everything goes well and you will receive your purchased items or the refund🍫🍬🍫
