Getting past padlocked keys

I have been playing level 4776 for a while now and have been told I have free options available, when I upload them there are three padlocked keys which now won't let me get back into my level. When I go past them the screen just freezes on loading. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I've now sorted the problem out so thanks to everybody who answered me.

Looking a post way back, someone had logged in from another computer. When I logged in from my husband's computer this freed the level on my own device, not sure how but it worked!

Are you still experiencing the issue or are you able to play the game now?

If you are still not able to play, please update the game App version → 1.313.2.1, which was not today by the King team to fix the issue. Them n, everything should be back to normal👍

Win Streak Disappeared
My win streak disappeared even though I didn’t lose a level. What happened?! I’m so disappointed as it was my longest streak yet!

If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
