I have just reached level 5496 but it is not loading properly, it has three greyed out padlocks but the box above is empty and it is not loading to that level, any ideas what is going on

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
