Level 5496

Hi I have just got to level 5496 it comes up with three greyed out padlocks but nothing in the box above (it is asking me to choose) but nothing is loading? Can anyone help me with that

There was a problem with the update for Windows, but apparently there's a fix now. Please could you check the post by QueenB in this thread that explains what you need to do to get the fix:
