It’s horror to play the level 14748. I was the best in the the game and now all the players are finish and my game cannot be played and now I am the last ! I must stop candy crush after many years😡😡😡

I have 31 moves too.
I just came very close to winning twice (was down to 4 and 5 jellies respectively) so I think the level is winnable if you use the opportunities the game gives you and play a UFO near the end of a good attempt. You can get a UFO for free from Season Pass.

I don’t know how you can help me. I think Candy Crush want me to pay money to buy levels. That’s not fair

As Christine pointed out, most YouTube videos show the wrong level now. This level used to be 14737, and there are some older videos showing how to pass it. I found three videos that manage to pass without boosters, and all three do it by creating a double color bomb combo after clearing a bit of space on the right. Here's one video to illustrate:
Another option that can lead to victory is to make use of fish combos, fish and wrap in particular. Fish swim where the frosting is on the left side, and fish and wrap combos are great because their explosions destroy the black licorice curls that restrict the board.
On this attempt, I created two fish and wrap combos, and here's where it got me:
So I think it's best to start by clearing space and looking at what the game gives you. If it allows you to make specials and classic combos like a striped + wrapped combo, use them to clear the board and look for opportunities to make a color bomb and eventually a double color bomb combo. If the game spawns fish, and especially if it drops a wrapped candy next to a fish, try to make the most of it. Hopefully, you will be able to come close enough so that a UFO would win this level for you. (You can get a free UFO from the Season Pass if you complete it by replaying easy old levels.) Based on the attempts I've made, the fish route seems more promising to me.

I am really sorry @PummyRaj but I deleted my top of the map account! I now am only just past level 11,000 so can no longer check out any level above this, but let's call on @MannyFae who might be able to help.
Unfortunately YouTube videos are no longer of any use for us since King changed all the levels around within each episode and none are in the same position or have the same level number that they had three months ago. So any video older than one or two months will always show the wrong level.
