Candy Crush Saga loads but to play a level doesn't load so I can't play. I can navigate anywhere I wish to go but can't load the play level.

If you are playing the game on Windows10 App, please update your App to version —> 1.313.2.1 and everything will be back to normal and you will be able to play again👍
If you are using a mobile device, can you please reply back and let me know the device specifications!

There's issues with the Windows version at the moment, you may want to play on a mobile device until it gets fixed.
