I've gone to reset in settings, turned off my computer and still stuck on loading

If you are playing the game on Windows10 App, the issue has been fixed! Hence, no need to contact King Support team!
Please go to "Microsoft Store" and update the game App to latest version —> 1.313.2.1 and everything should be back to normal now👍
