It is not possible to talk to a real person at Candy Crush or King. There is no telephone number.
If you do have a particular issue that you wish to discuss or report, then try the friendly chat bot in the game. It can be found in the Help Centre: Go into Settings, then the HelpCentre and scroll through the options until you see "chat with us" at the bottom. You can chat with Kingsley and if it cannot help you it may give you the option to pass on to player support.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
