This is a test King are running on small groups of players at the moment. There will be two possible outcomes we might see in the next month:
You are part of the test group. Hold in there, if this gets scrapped then one of these days it will disappear from your game. However, I have a nasty suspicion that this will get rolled out to everyone soon.
This way. If you exceed 200 Gold, it gives you about 2 days. After that, it turns the excess Gold into ridiculous boosters.
If it doesn't work for you, you've probably already paid for the game. Because it says that purchasing removes the limit.
