Why are 2 x boosters exploding when they fall next to each other?

Why are 2 x boosters exploding when they fall next to each other? When a striped candy falls next to a different booster, they're both exploding? There are no other triggers around. What am I doing wrong? Or is it the game actively working against me?

They usually explode by themself like that when colors fall from above and match up with them

⛔ Under investigation: Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
