When I try to send lives to friends the send button is either greyed out (desktop) or simply doesn't work (mobile). Same thing when I am asking for lives. The buttons worked fine until about a week ago. Any suggestions? Thanks
I have the same issue today. Both on phone and tablet platforms.

First of all, I would like to make sure that you are talking about "Candy Crush Saga" but not "Candy Friends Saga"!!
** If the issue is in "Candy Friends", it is a known issue, and the King Team are trying their best to solve the issue;
** If it is "Candy Crush", and you are logged into the game through Facebook, some of the games were affected from yesterday evening and hoping to be fixed soon! My Blossom Blast game was already was fixed. Hoping others will be too!!

Hi Susan, I believe that this is a glitch that has been reported to the studio. I will elevate this to a King Admin to find out if she has any further information for you.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
