Several issues with the Pins event have been reported and are currently under investigation. I recommend that you also contact Player Support. Complete the Contact Us(←hyperlink) form to reach Player Support. The first response will be an automated response, so reply to that message with your Game ID, device details and screenshots. You should get assigned a ticket number when your issue is assigned to a specific person.
