My old email was hacked and had to delete it. I had to make a new Facebook account as well. When all this happened I also lost my candy crush progress. Been playing 10+years, with almost on level 8000. Can this be fixed?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
