I wanted to purchase $2.49 gold bars and the system said that something went wrong. I tried on a couple of times and gave up but my emails show that these transactions were processed anyways. How can I get my money back?
And, when trying to access my account on king.com, the system said my password was incorrect so I proceeded to change/reset to a new password and that worked. However when I tried the new password it asked my if I wanted to merge my old password account and the new one. I'm not sure about this but I do know that I don't want to lose my account at level 14 089. It has happened before although it was a long time ago. Also it seems I have to ID # old one is 14651270166 - the new one is 6329817404 - what's up with that? Sorry for the long message and thank you for your help. Michelle
