how do I get my rewards
You should get the rewards when you go online and connect to King's server. Play a level to bring the box back up. If this is not happening, what is it you do see in your game? Do you see the gold box? Have you been set back to the first box? Has your silver box hung up?
I got cheated out of my rewards
Features come and go for players randomly. Keep playing and it may come back. The chocolate box also has a timer that expires after a while.
