No one in Support seems to care that this game is freezing after each level as of yesterday on both Apple and Android, so I thought I'd try here. Anyone else experiencing this in the last few days?

So so frustrating! It started for me after the update that changed the Season Pass. Mine has been freezing constantly. I’ve lost gold, lives and boosters. I’ve been in contact with King and have not received any answers. They want me to record my game and send it to them. Really? How can I screen record every time I play. They have not been helpful at all.
Yes same issue. Playing one episode, I had to close and restart the app several times. It goes to the map screen and doesnt move to the next level, instead the page becomes unresponsive (the music is still playing in background)
It could be some sort of bug from their most recent update, since this is a recent issue. Please resolve soon.

Yes, I have this terrible freezing after passing EVERY NEW LEVEL if I play the game OFFLINE.
This situation happens since many flying objects appear on the map after passing a new level 😔
I have seen my level freeze, yes. It seems to not happen when I play on automatic time and leave the time well alone though, so I always think it may have something to do with time set on our devices. I have noted that the reload screen shows before each level now, which I don't think it did previously. I have also noted that my battery goes down even more quickly and my old iphone heats up more quickly when I play this game. I don't know how all of this is related, but yes, I've had my game freeze up too. It reloads quickly enough and I've never lost any level or event because of it. I just reload it when it happens.

I have played this level several times and only received a few yellow candies when playing! I even used my coins to buy more turns (35) and I still had that many yellow left! Please see attached picture. What is going on?! I lost my super charger and was kicked out of the bonus event because I lost a life!

Why don't I get any trains anymore on level 18724? Without any goldbars or trains with confetti it is impossible to pass this level.
