I never get the treats from the daily treat machine!

I do have the feature and I can see what I have been awarded, but it is then never applied when I go back to actually play the game. I never see those awarded treats again.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
