i have been stuck on this level for days and i payed a lot of money for gold and i am not paying again for this level i want my gold back the whole idea of paying for gold is to pass the level i want my gold back for this level because i payed at least 200 dollars on this game you need to respect your players this is unacceptable and i am not paying 1 penny for this level so give me back the gold that i payed for this level so i can continue playing your stupid game

Hello @hibadukhan Does the game not offer you lots and lots of extra moves once you have been stuck on a level for a long time? If it does not then you have a version of the app I would not recommend for anyone to play. King run some test groups and some players may not see this, but:

For most players the functions like this: The first attempt you get offered +5 more moves for 10 gold bars to play on. If you give up and try again, after your second attempt you should get offered +15 moves, the third retry you get offered +25 moves plus a UFO if you pay 10 gold, the next retry 35 extra moves. Most levels can easily be passed with 25 or 35 extra moves, so all you ever need to get past any level is 10 gold bars. Do you not see these offers in your game?

Please do not spend any more real money. If you find yourself spending hundreds of dollars, unless you are rich and can easily afford this much, then this game is not for you. I strongly advise you to delete the app.
