Hi, I can't remember my password and email address that I used to have my progress. How do I retrieve my progress on my new phone?

If you still have the old phone and the app is still on there you can check your player ID in the app in Settings. It will also tell you the email you used when you click on "my account" in the app. In order to retrieve a game of Candy Crush without your login details King would require to know your player ID. If you have such information to identify your account you could try contact King using the link below.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
