Game error - I “ran out of moves”

I finished the level and had completed the mission but I was told I “ran out of moves” when the dinosaur was at the bottom and froze when its supposed to fall out. I ended up having to use my 10 gold to get extra moves, only once I did that, the dinosaur immediately fell and it said level complete without me touching any other candy!? Wtf?!?!? What can be done about this because it’s never happened before?

It's happened a few times to other players who have reported this, in fact it also happened to me once myself as well. The only thing you can do is contact player support with your screenshot. Make sure you include your game ID in the message and maybe they might give you a token gift as compensation.
