tutorial at start of level 10462 with some boosters blocked from use.

each time I start level 10462 I recieve a tutorial which is not helpful and is difficult to get rid of. In addition, some boosters are blocked from usage. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Some levels have boosters blocked on purpose. Once you clear it and move on, they should come back.
