Change from Facebook to Apple ID

I have an iPhone 14 and had to reinstall from a backup including Candy Crush Saga about 3 months ago. Everything was reinstalled fine including the gold bars and other rewards. I had previously linked it to Facebook but have not used this was a long time. I noticed under My account, it says "King account. Your game is being saved now that your account is linked with Facebook." It then says "It's time to reconnect your Facebook!". I dont recall having a King account, just linked to Facebook. Do I have to reconnect to Facebook to save the game? Can I just log out and then set up Apple ID without a King account and would that preserve my levels and settings. Thanks

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything

The game Candy Crush is no longer playable. The "half/half spinach" commercial keeps crashing, and all you get is this ad. No more extra moves, boosters, or levels. Why isn't anything being done about this? By you guys? You can't remove it yourself.
