I agree with @Carol-38 here: There are some issues still not right.
I have my settings permanently on "newest" first but every time I enter a thread I can't find the latest comments. It reverts back to the old ones, and often those we see first are years old. I have to reclick on "newest" first even though I already had that hi-lighted, and then it will regroup the thread but that method is cumbersome and really off putting and confusing. Any newcomer would struggle to find their way with this right now.
I'm not too keen on the reply function now being downgraded down the page but it might just take some getting used to. It means that a reply will show up near the post it replied to, rather than at the top as a new comment. Is all this to make this site more similar to social media sites? It might need some getting used to but I guess it does mean that any off topic chat will be separated out from the main thread which can be a benefit in some cases.
Here is an example I just now encountered and I include the screenshot. It clearly shows that I have my settings on "newest" but the first comment is from 2023!

Wow, I hope this isn't the final product, I use mobile and for me it definitely isn't what it says above. Also is the King sign ā¬ļø really meant to be under just about every thread. It's confusing and cluttered.
Threads show who last commented and when I opened I couldn't see where they had commented. So is this still being updated or is this it and we have to work things out for ourselves. Not very friendly š¤
They said this new version is focusing on the better improvement of the experience of mobile users, but I think this is just a better excuse for money saving.
As a mobile user, I think this version is worse than before not better š
Each thead has too much information, such as images, introduction in the Discussion column. Each thread becomes bigger than before and difficult to browse on mobile now. Do the designers know that mobile has a much smaller screen than desktop?š¤

You need to contact King player support for this. According to your information given you should have unlocked those locks and see the rewards, so only player support can help you with this. Try this link:

As for the subject of this thread, I will wait until the final version is rolled out but at the moment it does not seem like any sort of improvement, very cluttered and not easy to navigate.
Did anyone else buy the season pass, get the 8 lives and then it shows you didn't purchase? It's not showing the screenshot time but it was literally four minutes after I purchased
So far: It takes some getting used to. I'm not sure it's super helpful as with the former Discussions and Support threads merged the front page will very soon block up with foreign language posts and questions of where the ads have gone and how to make money.
Also I struggle with some of my own threads. I might need to rewrite them as they are all back to front now due to the way I wrote them. It's not so easy now to get to the actual information in them now as the initial post is followed by a blank comment box and followed by the most recent post, but then that's just my problem and probably my fault for the way I wrote the posts. Otherwise I'm keeping an open mind for now. Let's see what the next few days bring.

Far worse experience on mobile (haven't tested on desktop) - it's really hard to quickly tell if people have already responded to a thread because the "Leave a comment" box is after the first post on a page, not after the last post. When scrolling through the list of threads, the giant images make it very difficult to see where I am in the list. I have to do a lot of scrolling just to get anywhere. By the way, posts in a thread are now sorted "newest first" by default.

I like Everybody1! Ok, let's see how tomorrow goes and if a CM contacts me about taking my image off. If it's no problem then I will see if I can create a new post in every big game area offering it as a solution to the no signature.
It shouldn't be difficult to add with your phone because you can just save it and whenever you post a message you go to the photo icon, click on it and it will open to where you saved it. Then you can add it.
Ok let's see what happens after tomorrow. If it's a go, do you want me to add your user ID # to it?

I might like a signature someday, but since I mostly post from my phone, it might be difficult to paste it into each post from there. Although maybe we can wait and see what the new interface is like - maybe if it's as good for phones as they say, it will be easy. And I wonder if it will be difficult to come up with a good positive idea for my name. I will let you know later if I get an idea for it and decide I would like one - thank you so much for the offer!!

If the CMs don't disallow us uploading our signature into our messages, I just saved your signature and you can let me know if you want it as an upload image.
Hi @Nobody1. If a CM doesn't tell me that I can no longer use my signature upload in my messages, I can create a signature for you and you can upload it, as I have. Can I ask you a personal question? Why did you create a negative name for yourself? Being a psychology major in college my mind and eyes take notice of things like that. If I had to choose a name for you I would call you Somebody1 instead. š
@Carol-38 to add to your goodbye list, I want to add Goodbye to Jelly, Friends and almost done with Saga too! The games and their changes are not much better.

I would like to thank _Elsa for all her awesome work here. Even though I am a latecomer and mostly what I have seen are the amazing signatures, I can tell that she was a huge part of the past history of this site, even beyond just the recent signatures. Even though I have never requested my own signature, I have really appreciated seeing the signatures of the other regulars here, and it really adds a lot to the community. Thank you, _Elsa, for all that you have done! I hope that signatures can come back someday.
Hi guys, I was tagged in this message and I thank @christinewupp for doing this. I am in total shock that the signatures will now be gone too! I wrote a very long message HERE and you might want to read it before a CM takes it down. I just deleted my signature from my profile. I have saved my signature and added my user ID # to it. I hope that we can upload our signature to our messages, like I have done below, but only time will tell. I have all of your signatures saved on my computer so if a CM tells me that I can't add that to my posts then signatures are definitely gone. If we can just add our user ID # to an existing signature then maybe I can add your user ID # to your signature and you can upload it into each post. Guess only time will me tomorrow if a CM says that I can't do that.
I removed the title @christinewupp as I wasn't going to bother after reading what it was all about. It was only after Nobody1 posted I felt like replying. So here we go again another change being implemented before it's been fully thought through. Couldn't they have found a system that took the signatures and waited for the update until Language Translations could be used. We do have to give a big clap though šššfor the opening statement

My app keeps on freezing on a light purple screen after playing a game, my booster wheel has never worked and I am unable to click on peopleās profiles. And this is all after uninstalling and reinstalling and making sure everything is updated.
