Hello King Support Team,
I have successfully created a King account on your official website, but I can’t log in to it from within the Candy Crush game. Every time I try, it shows the error “Connection failed”.
I’ve already tried different VPNs (WARP, ProtonVPN, etc.), cleared the cache, and reinstalled the game, but nothing worked. I really don’t want to lose my current progress.
Please help me link my current game progress to my new King account manually.
