I have noticed the players of Candy Royal are not at my level when i start playing. I'm at level 16956 many have 20000 bagde!!!!
CCS is a cheat lately!!!

Of course, it's fixed because they determine the amount of gold you can win by selecting recordings. I've been pondering whether Candy Royale is a pure simulation, but given that I see those 20000 level players in my main game but not the other, I think we can still assume it is based on recordings.
Using the avatars of real players, but the outcome maybe fix.
I NEVER lose the Episode Race if I can finish the race within 2 hours. A player always stop playing in front of the finishing point šš¤£š¤£

Did they play the same levels or the levels with the same number?
Probably it's the levels with the same number; I cannot imagine them making any extra effort to make the event more fair or reasonable. Also, I find the wording they chose in English notable, and I don't think those players necessarily played the same levels. They may interpret 'similar levels' broadly and choose levels from the next/previous episode, or even from the same level range.
If your theory is correct then at least we can assume that those recordings are all still active players.
Those frames pop up fairly often, so yes, it's likely they choose recordings of currently active players.
That is interesting and may be true. If you think they played the same levels the question is: Did they play the same levels or the levels with the same number? The official info states "played similar levels". I think this is a cover-all statement that doesn't mean anything. After all, as I have often pointed out nearly all levels in Candy Crush are now pretty well similar.
If your theory is correct then at least we can assume that those recordings are all still active players. I had wondered if my little recorded icons might include deceased people, which given that those are often photos I found a bit of an unpleasant thought. That players with the 20,000 label show up is quite reassuring in that context.
Even if the players were (note the past tense) at the same level as you this means absolutely nothing. Candy Royale is like the episode race and the weekly contest and also Factory Frenzy: These events are fake. King have thousands of players' recordings, and computers pick those that are suited to the difficulty level their computers have assigned to you. In Candy Royale the other players are absolutely irrelevant to the outcome.
Candy Royale is not a real-time event. Those players are not real but recordings of players who passed those levels some time ago, probably a long time ago. They likely have progressed on the map since they have passed the levels you're currently playing and have reached level 20000 by now. I first encountered avatars with the 20000 level frame in Candy Royale while I was in the 17000 range, so some of the the recordings we're playing against must be about a year old.

Its written in dutch you are playing with players who are at the same level as you when you start Candy Royal!!!
On a few Candy Royales I played, some had the 20K Frame too. But its normal for recordings to be as such as those may have simply passed 20000.
The players in this event are recordings picked by King and they are therefore not cheaters since they are not real.
The game does not claim those players played the same levels as you. The game states this if you press on the i next time to play this event:
So strictly speaking the game isn't cheating. It is telling you the truth if you click on the "i".

I can complete everything the level requires, but I can't advance because the 4th dragon simply doesn't appear for me to capture. I've been in this situation 10 times already. I believe my level 10054 has some kind of bug. Has anyone else experienced this?
