Windows 11 desktop app can't retrieve facebook account progress

Hi,

I tried many times with all the methods to log in Candy Crush Saga with FB account but failed. It appeared a blank page after logged in.

I also can't find a way to sync the FB account to my King account so that I can't play with it.

Could you please to merge these 2 account so that I can play on desktop version?

Thanks. I followed the instruction - logged out facebook in game and logged in with king account, it became a whole new game from level 1…😱 I've tried several times and all the same… Something missed?

Sour skull error
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
Unable to log in to my account with facebook
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

Level 11297
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Weekly Challenge
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
