how do I pick up on the same level? I left off one on a different phone but the same profile

To transfer your Candy Crush progress to a new phone, the key is to sync your game with Facebook or the Kingdom, Candy Crush’s own platform. This way, you save your game progress in the cloud, making it easily retrievable on any device.
First, ensure you’re logged into your Facebook or King account on your old phone. Open Candy Crush, go to settings, and find the option to connect to Facebook or King. Once connected, your progress automatically syncs. Next, just download Candy Crush on your new phone, log into the same Facebook or King account, and voila! Your progress populates right where you left off.
