I can access lives given and sent with my Ipad, but not with my laptop computer even though I can sign into both with the same account. I'd like to access with the computer as that is where I sign in most of the time.

Thank you for the feedback, To sync lives and progress in Candy Crush between an iPad and computer,connect to the same King account or Facebook account on both devices. Open the game on both devices, go to the settings menu, and log in with your existing account credentials. Playing one level on one device will often force a sync

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
