Rewards issue

facing an issue. After the advert it goes ot back page automatically with no reward, this is happening for the last one week. I had to use ally bars almost 400 with no respite

There are 3 ads , when I just complete the first one it either does not allow me to close this making me to press the back button and if it does then it automatically cancels all ada and goes to use gold coins option

Thanks for letting us know! I just want to understand a bit better what’s happening so we can share it with the team.

When you say the ad finishes and the page goes back automatically, does it:

* take you back to the level but without giving the reward?
* restart or reload the level completely?
* or show any kind of error message before returning to the game?

Also, does the ad itself play fully to the end, or does it stop halfway?

There are a few different versions of ads being tested right now (some players get one ad, others can watch up to three for extra moves), so your details will really help us figure out what’s going wrong.
