I understand how frustrating it can be to not get video ads for extra lives or extra moves. Unfortunately, video ads are not a permanent feature in King games. To learn more about them, view the post below ⤵️

Sorry @raghuveergautam if you haven't currently got adverts in your game you can't get them just by asking. All you can do is wait and hope that adverts appear in your game.

Video adverts not appearing in a game isn't a problem and isn't something that can be solved. You either have adverts @alaminroni or you do not.
The only exception to this is if you have made a purchase using real money. If you make a purchase when you have adverts they will be removed and anyone making a purchase will not get adverts in their game for a very long time.
