I notice today that when I try to take some extra help by watching ads,I see them but I don’t take the extra help! It’s something that is very annoying an if there is no solution in this in the next hours,I will delete the game…

Most complaints we get from players is because they don't get video ads for extea help, so your comment is a surprise. As you progress to more difficult levels, you might appreciate seeing the video ads. Of course, if you experience a faulty or misleading ad, you can report it to the Ad Quality Team.
