Manual intervention - sync progress

Hello,

Can a moderator help me with a manual intervention? I need someone to sync my facebook with my king account.

I've followed all the topics to do so, it is not working.

I login in candy crush saga - logout.
I login in king account , no synchronization

I even open 3 tickets to ask for a manual sync

Manual synchronisation cannot be done by anyone in this community, only by Player Support. It often takes some time to get a satisfactory response from player support. Reply to the first email you received and do not open new tickets but keep responding to the first email restating your problem.

If you’d like to transfer your game progress from Facebook to a King account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a King Account

1️⃣ Open Candy Crush Saga on your device.
2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom-left of your screen.
3️⃣ Click on "My Profile."
4️⃣ Select "Sign up with email" and create your King account by entering your email, password, and name.
5️⃣ Tap "Create My Account."

Step 2: Sync Your Progress

1️⃣ Log out of Facebook in the game’s profile menu.
2️⃣ Close and restart the game.
3️⃣ Log in using your newly created King account (select "Log in with email").
4️⃣ Your progress should transfer automatically.

If your progress doesn’t sync, don’t worry! You can contact King Player Support for manual help:

Open Candy Crush Saga
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Tap the ? icon and choose Progress Issues
Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us

Ad booster not received or working
It's been more than 20 days, but my problem hasn't been resolved yet. I'm still not receiving ad boosters. Even after two recent updates, I'm still not getting the ad boosters.

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Ads like Temu , Zeekr...are horrible
As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible.
