I just witnessed the candy crush saga candy royale reward of 100 gold bar some minutes ago not given to me. I tapped claim and my screen froze and it went off then when l returned back to the game, the rewards were gone and it was not added to me.

Your experience with the Candy Royale event is most disappointing to hear. Unfortunately, we are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community. So I encourage you to reach out to Player Support through your game:
This way the Player Support Team will have your game information and will be able to assist you. Their initial response might be an automated reply. If you haven't heard back from a member of the Support team within a few days, reply to the automated message and remind them of your specific issue. You should get a reply email with a ticket number in the title once the issue is assigned to a person.
