My user id is 13205395072 . I have finished my race on first but candy crush did not update at that time. And i did not get gold bars. Please refund my gold bar and race streak.
If you add to the thread Kiara suggested I doubt your comment will get shown there, since there is already an accepted answer in that thread. I would suggest you complain to King player support, although there is little chance that they will help, but that is really the best and only advice I can give at this point.
If you lose connection to the server whilst finishing the episode race the best course of action is to close the app, check your wifi and then reopen the game. If you can click on other players on the map and see their player cards you are connected and then the episode race flag should appear and if you won the race the flag will have a ! next to it. You should be able to click on it to claim the prize. However, if you don't close the app to reconnect as described above, and instead continue onto the next episode then the game will reset to the next race and you then cannot claim the prize. In future if you don't get the prize at the end of a race make sure you claim it by closing and reloading the app before you continue onto the next episode!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
