I see charges on 11/4 and 11/5 but I did not authorize it. Now it is out of control. I've lost placement in my game due to this error. When is it going to be fixed?

If you think someone hacked your payment account you need to contact the company that holds your credit card details and reset your password, (eg. Google, Apple, Paypal or Facebook). Unauthorised charges should be reported to them, not here. Has anyone other than you got access to your phone?
