Purchases made have not been received

I play Candy Crush on my PC and 4 purchaes made on 4th November have not been received (total of 50 gold bars) but money has been taken from my account. When will the purchases be received please?

I play candy crush saga on my PC using Windows 10 not on any mobile device. I am not looking to get a refund, I just want the 50 gold bars I have paid for thanks.

Reporting the purchase issue varies with the device we are using!  If you are using mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your device App.  Please select the device you are using from below options and follow the suggestions⬇️
