Oh dear @gustynel7 It looks like you destroyed those magic mixers before they spawned enough rainbow twist to open the order locks. This is one of the last few levels in the game where this can happen and no doubt King will eventually remove this level like all the other interesting levels where players still have to use some thought and strategy rather than bash about with double super charger combos.
However, for now there is nothing you can do but quit and replay the level and make sure you do not destroy the mixer too early on your next attempt. If this is not the first time then beware in future when you see a level that has both order locks and magic mixers. There are still a few of such levels around.
You won't get your gold or progress back as this outcome is part of the original level design and is what makes this level challenging.
I was on a strike and two level away from wining more gold bars as I was 8 out of 10 and of course this happens… and this is not first time.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
