what is happening to my tournament scoring and are there any fixes

Just popping in with a quick update on the Star Tournament issue.
The team has been working on a fix, and it should start rolling out today. Once it lands on your game, the Star Tournament should begin counting stars normally again (no more negative numbers or progress stuck at zero 🤞).
Please keep an eye on your game today and let us know if things start behaving as expected. Your reports have been super helpful, so thank you for sticking with us while we get this sorted 🙏
Just a quick update on the Star Tournament the previous round ended yesterday, and a new one has now started. If you’re not seeing your stars count yet, don’t worry, you’ll first need to complete the newly released levels (episodes) before the new tournament unlocks and starts tracking progress again.
Everything should start updating normally once you’ve reached the new episode. Let me know if this is not the case so I can report back 😉

We’re aware that some players are currently experiencing issues with the Star Tournament where the scores are not updating correctly or in some cases showing no increase, incorrect totals, or even negative points.
Our team is already investigating this to understand what’s causing it and to get it fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend continuing to play as usual and we’ll make sure to share more updates once we have confirmation from the studio.

Still not working. Only the person in 1st place has an actual score, everyone else is 0.

Please find and fix the start tournament score not advancing. No one on my leader board has a score.
I finished all 4 of the new levels, but Star Tournament is STILL not working. Do the developers not communicate with you?
This is getting ridiculous they take your points, lives and money and still haven't fixed anything. This tournament is running for 5 more days and they keep it playing without giving you anything.
not only isn't it giving you the points but it is also on for 5 days.
I completed 4 more levels with same results, all the players have zero except for the first one with 54. Hasn't changed since I started what is up with that?
I have completed 4 levels in the tournament and no points given. When you win the level 0 goes back to -6 and counts down to zero just like the last tournament, it's costing me money and levels.

The Star Tournament scoring is still not working for me. I have passed 3 levels this morning (11/13) and the scoring has reverted to -5 each time.
This week's Star Tournament is also bugged in where it doesn't count the stars I collected. But it advances events like Baker's Box as expected. Any ETA when this gets fixed?
I'm also experiencing the same problem with the Star Tournament. Will this issue be fixed in the next one or the bug will persist? Because while it doesn't concern me now as it ends in 6 hours, not getting any progress on this from its levels makes it less enjoyable unless an event that can work with it is available.

Still not fixed after 5 days it seems to work for those that won a level before it broke bad enough that star doesn't count for leader board or season pass sad that they punish those that have played for a long
Hello, every week i finish the new level and i participate to the star tournament but for the last 2 weeks every time i finish a level instead of adding 6 starts to my star total it goes -6 to zero… I make 5 level and still at zero? I try my candy crush on safari and chrome to see if it was different but no… Impossible to add stars :( Is there a solution?

agree with above, very annoying! Why is the Star tournament not allowing my stars to be registered, I see a lot of players on zero but some another’s are being logged. King get quite a lot of money from me so I would expect the systems to work!

I have the same issue! Completed roughly 10 tournament levels for no stars. Tournament ladder updates from -5 to 0 each time.
I completely agree. Stuck in this "tournament" more than once a week is bad enough but now wins are not even tallying. And there's no way to contact anyone who can give a decent explanation. I guess it's time to find something else

Hi - it's November 15th and for the second week in a row the star tournament is still not working. Is there any news on when we can expect to have this fixed? Lots of us spend time and money to play this game. I hope it's a priority. Please post updates when available. Thank you!
It is now 2 days into the tournament and nothing has changed. You say keep playing and for what we don't get credit we lose our games and if you buy more lives and weapons you get the money and we get nothing.
