My mobile phone burned out and the repairman replaced my mobile motherboard, everything was erased, including my game.

When you play the game, your progress and gold bar bank will be saved online to King's servers if you logged in to the game with a King account.
Otherwise, boosters are endemic to the device where you earned them on, so they will all go bye-bye should you uninstall the game on that device, or lose access to that device by any means.
