contact with an actual representive

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from an actual person and not an automated answer that after numerous emails always says the same thing and is of no assistance

I have had gold bars removed three times from my total without my authorization. I am the only person on my account and did not authorize these gold bars being used

I was credited with nine gold bars after the 9 were removed but as noted it has happened twice since then with 7 taken each time

Hmm.. I can't think of anything that would cost 7 gold bars 🤔 could you please share your game ID so we can have a closer look and see what they have been used for?

That definitely sounds frustrating 🤔

Just to clarify, there’s no authorization needed when using gold bars in the game, so it’s quite easy to accidentally spend them without realizing. For example, sometimes when a level ends and it offers extra moves, it’s possible to tap “Continue” by mistake, which usually costs about 10/16 Gold Bars.

Could it be that something like this happened? If you can remember roughly how many bars disappeared each time, that might help figure out whether it was linked to extra moves or another in-game purchase.
